RAIL
The liberalization of the rail market in terms of separating railway operators from infrastructure administrators is accompanied by many positive yet negative effects. One of the most serious negative aspects is the loss of "connection" between the vehicle and the track. While the operator's goal is to minimize the cost of purchasing and maintaining rail vehicles, the infrastructure administrator has no direct reach over the vehicles driving it. The use of modern technologies and progressive solutions is the only way for railway infrastructure administrators to quickly and efficiently dispose of the negative effects of liberalization and to equitably increase revenue for the use of railways, in accordance with clearly defined and measurable criteria.
